Paintings and Drawings by the Art Twilight group
The work on display was created by students during Tuesday evening classes at OT Creative Space. Learners were given the theme of ‘A Vision of Beauty’ and encouraged to interpret this subject any way they wish. This has ranged from landscape, still life and portraiture. Some took an alternative approach, looking at the commodification of beauty or the idea of a voyeur gazing upon a vision of desire. Individuals have used watercolour, acrylic paint and chalk pastel to express themselves.
Darren’s Art Twilight class takes place Tuesday evenings between 6.15-8.15pm. Through demonstration and inspiration students are encouraged to experiment and develop their drawing and painting skills in a friendly and relaxed environment. No prior experience is necessary and all materials are provided
The next six week block of Art Twilight begins on Tuesday 10th September 6.15 – 8.15pm
