Our main space at 27 Ayres Road is available at an affordable rate to artists, the community and businesses. We are a Community Interest Company so all revenue from the hire of this space is re-invested back for our work in the community.
Please note that our building is a shared space with our Artists so it is not suitable for groups that require complete silence or privacy. We also have our own program of events and offer the main space hire around these commitments.
Our main space for artists and community bookings costs £20 for a 2 hour session, or £60 for the day.
The building closes at 10pm. Our space tends to be available for rentals Friday to Sunday.
Our space is fully accessible, has an accessible brew station with microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. We have a disabled toilet with baby change.
We expect people to leave the place clean and tidy with the dishwasher loaded to help keep our prices low, although a cleaner can be arranged for larger events.
Our main space is suitable for groups and events for up to 16 seated / 40 people standing. A deposit may be taken depending on the nature of the event. For events that are selling art we take a commission of 10% that includes use of our card reader. Additional services include:
