A selection of Paintings and Photographs by Andrea Griffiths

This window exhibition shares a powerful journey of survival, courage, resilience and renewal. Growing up in Old Trafford, Andrea always loved art, but it was later in life, after recovering from serious illness, that creativity re-entered her world. In that return, she found healing, purpose and a new pathway that she believes even saved her life.
Andrea is a disabled artist who believes disability should never be a barrier to expression. Her acrylic paintings, inspired by her twilight photographs of Chorlton Water Park, capture quiet strength and transformation.

Through her work, Andrea hopes to inspire others; whatever their age, background, disability or experience, to pick up a paintbrush, take a photo, write something, or try something creative. To be brave enough to make and share; as someone will see it be inspired.
We hope you are inspired by this exhibition.
