in Partnership with Love Old Trafford we are delighted to share our lovely green spaces with you! We hope you learn something new and enjoy the trail. This trail is part of a larger project ‘OT Community Goes Wild’ which has been funded by the Green Spaces Fund which is part of the Greater Manchester Environment Fund https://gmet.org.uk/. It joins the OT Art Trail and OT Audio Trail highlighting all the great things about Old Trafford so why not combine one or more.
All of the metal plates that you will see on this trail have been designed by the community and children from our three local primary schools. The speech bubbles contain quotations from the children which express how they feel about our natural world.
There are 12 different sites to visit which are all unique in some way. The trail will take you from managed to wild spaces, very small to large spaces and everything in between. You can start the trail at any point and there are connections to the Bee Network (bus and trams) near by.
