THE BACK gALLErY Art club meets monthly on the first Saturday of each month, 2-3pm in the Alley Behind OT creative SPACE. It is an opportunity for local residents and families to come and get creative (and messy) in an open welcoming space, experiment with different art techniques and also meet one another and keep our alley clean and well used for positive activities.
The September Art Club involved creating giant prints using poster paint, polystyrene sheets and large cartridge paper. We had lots of fun and are delighted to display and share some of the prints created with you.
Giving children the opportunity to be free to be creative with no right or wrong way of doing things can result in some amazing work as you can see!!
The next Art Club will be on Saturday 2nd October2-3pm and we will be hosting a planting workshop as well as decorating the planters and pots.
