We are looking to recruit individuals from the global majority to commit their free time to join our team of voluntary directors. We want our board to be diverse and intersectional. We are keen that the makeup of our board reflects the various cultural communities across Old Trafford.
Ideal candidates will have ideas and enthusiasm and be ready to engage with the Creative Director in the evolution of OT creative space. We do not require prior board-level experience. We welcome applications from people at the start of their careers and also retired people.
