Accessibility at OT Creative Space
At OT Creative Space, we are committed to making our activities as welcoming, inclusive and accessible as possible. If you have any access requirements, please get in touch—we’re always happy to discuss how we can support your visit.
Our facilities include:
- Step-free access into the building.
- A wide entrance suitable for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
- Public workshop and community studio space that are all on one level.
- One accessible artist studio located at the rear of the building.
- An accessible toilet.
- An adjustable-height kitchen sink.
- Level access through to the rear alleyway where we hold our BACK gALLErY Family Art Club.
- Seating with backs available throughout the space.
- A quiet space at the back of the studio for anyone who needs time away from a busy workshop.
- Carers, support workers and personal assistants are welcome to attend with participants.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
Please note:
- Our additional artist studio spaces are located in the basement and are accessed via stairs, so they are not wheelchair accessible.
- We do not currently have a hearing loop.
- There is no designated accessible parking. However, on-street parking is available nearby, and there is a dropped kerb close to the entrance.
