Happy new year! As we start 2024 I hope you are able to pause, reflect and know your own worth. Whatever happened last year and whatever may happen this year you are important and have value.
Created from a found piece of the old old Butchers sign of Worthings, this installation brings the wooden sign that had been hidden behind a pillar and was damaged and broken into the light and forefront. The gold painted letters and gold thread highlighting the precious nature of our own existence and self worth.
There is beauty in the damaged, there is beauty in the forgotten, there is beauty in you. Know your own Worth.
